I decided to visit Jerry Ulm Dodge and see for myself if a deal could be made on a car I found on line. The dealership is presently under renovation, so you need to look past the construction progress. I introduced myself to a young pleasant salesman, Steven Jones. He was most knowledgeable about the product, extremely respectful and was happy to show me the exact car I saw on line. There was ZERO pressure to buy despite it being the last selling day of the month when most dealers are aggressive. This was a breath of fresh air. There was no trying to pre qualify me, no back and forth to the management and no nonsense. The sales manager, Wade came out to greet me and we had a pleasant conversation about my potential trade and the cash difference. All very transparent. While I am still undecided about this particular vehicle, I believe I will buy my next car from them. I was unsure how it would go since I recently bought a house My wife and I went into Jerry Ulm looking at possibly getting myself a new Jeep Wrangler. I was unsure how it would go since I recently bought a house. We had the pleasure of working with Al Gomez who was nothing short of amazing. He worked hard getting me into the Jeep I wanted and even getting it brought over from another dealer. (Since I wanted a certain color in 2 door and a soft top) Gerry worked the numbers and talked to the banks to get me a great interest rate and Danny worked the financials made sure I had GAP insurance and an extended warranty for the length of the loan. All the while Moe would keep checking in to make sure everything was running smoothly. While we were finishing up all the paperwork for my Jeep my wife happened to mention (somewhat jokingly) that she would love to trade her 2015 Jeep in for this amazing new Jeep that had all kinds of mods done to it by the dealer. Knowing our credit and financial situation Al thought it was a good possibility that they could make that happen. We we're a little sceptical because of all the money in after market parts that were not part of the original invoice but, thanks to Danny's knowledge of finance and report with the financial institutions he was able to get the bank to approve it. Gerry worked his but off getting all the numbers to work the way we needed them to. The very next day my wife and I walked out with 2 brand new Jeep Wrangler with no money out of pocket. I can not recommend this dealership enough. Everyone was amazing and had such fun personalities to work with. While we are all set for awhile with vehicles I will be recommending them to anyone looking for a new car. I honestly can't say enough about them. Go to Jerry Ulm for your future car buying needs!!
