Ok experience but not valued I bought a Jeep Renegade from this dealership. I bought it on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend the very last deal of the day. I was made to take t I bought a Jeep Renegade from this dealership. I bought it on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend the very last deal of the day. I was made to take the car with me Sunday but to bring it back Monday to get detailed. I thought five I had to bring my trade in down anyways. I show up Monday, Memorial Day and they are having this big sake. Buy a car get 60” LG tv and a yeti cooler. I ask about it. My salesman was all oh I didn’t know they were going to do this, yeah right, then he goes let me see if I can get this for you. Comes back and says oh the paperwork has to be dated today sorry.... however if you look at their website the promotion was listed for the whole weekend. The next day I get a call from sales manager Nick. Just checking in to see satisfaction etc... I pass my concerns along and he says well those have to be worked into the deal and if you did any negotiations you don’t get it and I’m sure you negotiated. Who buys a car without negotiating the price??? Again not what was listed on website but what can I do. Overall the process was quick fir buying a car but I felt they could have worked a little harder fir my business. Will I buy from here again? Undecided right now. Btw they did a terrible detail job on the new car. More

Excellent salesman Luis was a phenomenal salesman. The whole purchase experience was excellent. We did run into issues with the tax title portion of the experience.
