Over and Beyond I cannot say enough kind words to compliment the work of Jordi Prat. The sale went smooth with no pressure to buy. We were in and out with our new c I cannot say enough kind words to compliment the work of Jordi Prat. The sale went smooth with no pressure to buy. We were in and out with our new car within a couple hours. Jordi showed his true caring character AFTER the sale. While driving our car home, we experienced a a flat tire. When I tried to change the tire, I realized there was no spare tire. I called Jordi and explained to him our situation. He quickly apologized and set up a wrecker to tow us back to the dealership to resolve the matter. Even though Jordi did all he could, the towing company was very busy because of inclement weather. After waiting over 3 hours for the wrecker to arrive, Jordi took it upon himself to drive out to my location with a loaner car so I would no longer have to wait for the wrecker and he would take my place. Jordi explained that he would replace the tire and then drive our car to our location so we would not be inconvenienced and not have to return the loaner car back to the dealership. All if this was done AFTER HOURS, when the dealership was already closed and he was the only one left to provide service for our need. Not only did Jordi help us out in our time of need, what sets him apart even more is that he never had to. Yes we had a flat tire on the way home from buying a car. Things happen, but that’s not the dealerships fault. What I didn’t know is that this car comes with a tire repair kit, not a spare tire. So truthfully, Jordi and the dealership did not have to do anything for us and I realize that and I am in great awe of how well they treat their customers. Thank you Jordi.
