Generally a good experience although it started quite rocky as a substitute sales person had us ready to walk out. We were not happy and were ready to tell management when our appointed sales person took rocky as a substitute sales person had us ready to walk out. A sales person needs to show interest in the customer and not act indifferent, look at his phone, and appear unhappy about having to fill in. I’m still unhappy about this treatment. As you know buying or leasing a car is a big commitment and it is expected all due courtesy is provided to the customer. More
Blake was great during the sale process however after that I have not received the same level of help. I have tried numerous times to reach him regarding KAhu not working as well as a brake issue with th that I have not received the same level of help. I have tried numerous times to reach him regarding KAhu not working as well as a brake issue with the truck I just purchased. I had to return a couple days later with my trade in and finalize the transaction and I felt I had to really ask for service after waiting over an hour to be seen. A salesman named manny was the one who finally checked in on me again and got me some help. I mentioned the brake issue to the finance associate and he sent me to service. I was given an appointment to bring it in the following day, I left them the truck all day only to pick it up and have the same issue by the time I got home. Carlos in service was very nice however I know what the vehicle needs, to remedy the issue and even offered to do it myself if they could arrange the parts. I guess that idea was no good as he just continued to set up my appointment. My biggest concern is that I traded in a truck that I drove daily for another truck that sounds like nails on a chalkboard every time i stop. I also purchased the xillon warranty for the paint and interior and I’m not convinced that it was applied to the paint correctly as the truck doesnt even feel like it has wax on it. I’m really hoping that someone contacts me to fix these issues as this is my second purchase from this dealership. More

I was dreading going into a car dealership. I did not want to be "sold" on anything. The entire experience was surprisingly pleasant for me. Everyone we spoke to was very nice.
