I purchased my vehicle from Jerry Ulm Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in August 2022. While my salesperson was great, the experience quickly went downhill when I tried to cancel a warranty. I submitted the cancellat RAM in August 2022. While my salesperson was great, the experience quickly went downhill when I tried to cancel a warranty. I submitted the cancellation request within the allowed period, as per the contract, and was recognized and promised in writing that the refund would be processed by the finance department. Despite my repeated attempts to follow up via email, phone, certified mail, and even a few in-person visits early on, all communication eventually ceased. I've contacted multiple staff members, including Joey and Martin, but no one has provided a timeline or resolution. This is not about the money - it's about the principle and failure of a business to honor its contractual obligations, no matter the amount. If they can't handle something as simple as a warranty refund, I wouldn't trust them with anything more important. Proceed with caution. More

When he couldn't find the specifics I wanted he went out of his way to find me comparable alternatives, which meant a lot because he chose to do research based on my needs instead of just offering me some other random car. In the end the car I wanted wasn't quite there but the service I received from him was top tier and unforgettable.
