The Sales Manager was awesome there was no nonsense in the negotiation. Finance manager was also great. All other components of the experience were terrible. I was texting with a sales person and told them I was on my way and it took him 20 minutes to come to the front (No front desk person first day) and the car I was interested in was not up front. The vehicle was extremely dirty and muddy. Day after agreeing to price I asked that the deal be ready for me when i came in. Once again texted sales person and no one was there to greet me. There was a receptionist this time but she was more interested in her phone than helping me. She sent me to the managers office. I signed a few documents that I could have signed the day before and then had to wait 40 minutes for finance. The guy who gave me the keys was nice. The vehicle itself was still very dirty the entire underframe was caked with mud. All the wrapping and stickers we thrown in the vehicle or crumpled and put in the console. The passenger side carpet was covered in dirt. This was the 4th car i bought from Morgan auto group in less than a year and hands down the worst experience. I would also recommend figuring our a way to improve parking and get rid of the club music blaring over the speakers. My final comment is on the bogus $3,000 charge that gets added to the deal above the adverised price. Sales manager tried to say all groups do it but other 3 cars i bought this year did not have this or it was not presented the way it was here. Sales person had no idea how to explain what it was. Total bait and switch tactic. More

They use the internet price to get you in the door then they increase the price by $10,000. They also did the bait and switch by giving me a jeep with less extras than the one I wanted. You had the vehicle I wanted, otherwise I would not have gone to your dealership. Well it's your prerogative, your profit is spread amongst them a multitude of charges, most of which are in excess of the in gone to your dealership. We purchased two vehicles and it had a non-existent delivery other than the transfer of keys. To this day I couldn't tell you anything about the vehicles, but I will learn on my own.
