Jerry Ulm Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

This purchase was a nightmare. Salesman told me we would get a 7 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. After talking monthly payments, he said if he could get the monthly payment to $320 or lower wo get a 7 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. After talking monthly payments, he said if he could get the monthly payment to $320 or lower would I buy? I said yes. Salesman said they could meet the payment and sent me to the finance person to sign paperwork. Finance said our payment would be $380 and included a 48,000 warranty. I told him what the salesman had promised and after arguing about the price and warranty I told him the deal was off and started leaving. He then got another finance guy who came in and and straightened out the issues and finally got the payment down to $333 and the 100,000 warranty. Finally, after three hours the papers were signed but the finance guy told us that DMV would not let him transfer the plate (which we paid them $110 to do) and we would have to go down to the DMV and transfer the plate ourselves. After 2 hours at the DMV we were told that the dealer had to transfer the plate. The finance guy had sent us on a wild goose chase. Back to the dealer to get the plate transferred, Dave Haro greeted us and I explained the problem with the plate. He checked and said that our new 2021 sticker would arrive in the mail with the registration for our new car. Three days later we received our new registration. Dave Haro was the only bright spot in our experience and I gave him the one star rating. More
