The finance department charged us $1,030. 00 over the already made out the door sale deal made with the sales department. We have had a difficult time getting our money back from finance. They finally acknowledged the error and said they thought the dealer add Ons should be charged. Without apology they said they would give us our money back, but we still have not received it back 3 weeks later. I wonder how many elderly customers have been taken. Also, we purchased a extended warranty which the finance department had greatly encouraged us to get and told us we could cancel within 6 months and we would get our money back. We called and canceled but have not as of yet received anything. If it was going to take a long time, I wish they would have told us and given us a date when we would get our money back. Our financial person will not take a phone call, and we have yet to speak directly to him. Is he evading us? They now owe us almost $5,000. I hope this is not the new norm at dealers to make extra money. More

I went to this dealership because of the advertised pricing was a few thousand dollars less than other dealerships. With a specific vehicle in mind, I went to the dealership and, as expected, was told pricing was a few thousand dollars less than other dealerships. With a specific vehicle in mind, I went to the dealership and, as expected, was told that vehicle had already been sold. This is typical of dealerships, even though they have the power to update their websites real time or even daily. They found a comparable vehicle for the same price, which was good after driving an hour to get there. However, then I learned they charge a $2,999 "dealer accessory" fee that brought the price right back up to other dealerships. They did not and could not explain what "dealer accessories" were added to the vehicle, I don't believe there is anything added to the vehicle by the dealership. With all this I feel I walked out with a comparable price for the vehicle, but nothing additional that would have warranted me driving an hour. I'd suggest making sure you read the fine print on website pricing between dealership before making your purchasing location decision. More
