This was a great experience from the start. Dave was very nice and responsive throughout the process. I am dissatisfied with the amount of time it took for them to actually repair the car but understand that was partly due to waiting on parts. I'm also extremely disappointed that Immediately leaving the dealership I ran out of gas without even making it half a mile down the road and was stranded on the side of the road for 2 hours. There wasn't even had bough gas to push it to the side of the road where I had to figure out how to manually shift my car to no avail. It Would've been nice for the dealership to let me know that I needed to bring gas to the car before leaving OR actually put enough in there for me to make it to the gas station before putting me in that position. I would not personally recommend the shop for other repairs moving forward. More
