I am disappointed at my last visit to the dealership since I had a good first visit when I bought my wrangler in 2021. I dont recall the salesman’s name but I could tell he wasnt interested in making a since I had a good first visit when I bought my wrangler in 2021. I dont recall the salesman’s name but I could tell he wasnt interested in making a deal. I mentioned I had my own financing and a trade-in and despite making a promise to make a deal, he let me walk. He didnt engage, didnt try to make any kind of deal since the vehicle I was looking for was “sold” 3 days ago and the website wasnt updated. When we arrived he greeted me and said we are having a bad day so let’s make a deal and have a good day. As I left I stated “I guess its still a bad day.” He replied “Its a bad day for them, I sold cars today” which to me showed exactly he didnt want to make the effort to sell me. Lazy salesman, lazy managers on duty. Im ready to make a deal but not with someone that lazy. More
