The sales and finance guys were very helpful as far as paperwork and checking out the used truck. Managed to get it all done in a couple of hours. I would have given them 5 stars. Unfortunately, between finding out about the LoJack and trying to locate the other FOB key took a little more time to get that straightened out....about 2 weeks later. Later we really didn't like the LoJack subscription cause it was only good for one year. We paid almost $3000 for this Lojack service/subscription towards our loan on a used truck. You would think it would of been as long as the length of our loan. The add-ons is absolutely unnecessary, especially for a used vehicle! Because they have a 4 star rating instead of three stars the dealership eventually found the 2nd FOB saved us almost $400. More
