Nate Garza at Jerry Seiner is amazing. I'm sure i bugged him more than my fair share about the arrival of my vehicle. The dealership entirely is all very friendly and helpful. They did exactly what they said they would, they don’t mark up vehicles over MSRP, paperwork was ready when I got there, I was in and out in 30 minutes. I typically have no issues with the service department when i take my truck in to have general services done, However, during my last visit they decided that they were not going to perform the tire rotati when i take my truck in to have general services done, However, during my last visit they decided that they were not going to perform the tire rotation i requested or check one of my tires for a slow leak. by the time they told me my truck was done it was just after 5 pm and my service advisor had left. No one talked to me about why they didn't do the rotation or check for a leak. It wouldn't have been an issue if someone had at least discussed this with me and worked to get me rescheduled to have the work done but to not say anything is unacceptable. More
