Outstanding sales experience; treated like family!! This was hands down the best buying experience I have ever had. Initial contact with sales staff Joe Aguirre was a good sign. He was texting and keeping me updated on their inventory, sending me photos--in constant communications, quick and responsive. When I arrived at the lot I was welcomed into the building and introduced to the management team--everyone here treated me like a long time family friend. It was like they had known me for years. I went into this thinking there was no way they were going to get me to the purchase price I had in mind... I'd already tried working with several other places in the Phoenix area. Enter Sales Managers Paul Ide and Ron Olmsted who gladly took my previous quotes, made no promises but wasted no time in working their magic. Usually this is where the Managers run into a back office and plot their strategy. Not these guys -- They included me in the conversation and walked me through every step as they tried to move numbers around to get me to where I needed to be on purchase price. I was floored by the transparency. They were creative with my trade value and gave me WAY more than I expected which also helped to save some taxes. This in turn allowed me to meet my "out the door" price goal. Slam dunk! I went into Finance, where David Ide was an absolute pleasure to interact with; super friendly gentleman and funny too. He had me in and out in under 20 minutes...jokes included. Usually the finance process can take up to an hour! I was blown away at how smooth it all went. From the time I stepped foot on the lot, to the time I drove off in my new truck it couldn't have taken more than 2 hours total. As a finishing touch, Service Adviser Kathy Garcia came out to shake my hand and introduce herself followed by the GM. I will be referring all family and friends to keep Henry Brown at the top of their list the next time they're in the market for a vehicle. Thank you so much for a spectacular buying experience. More
