After arriving at the dealership, we were introduced to Arturo. I had found a flier of his at a local business and wanted to test drive and compare a couple of vehicles. He allowed us to take the two vehicles on the same test drive to allow us to make the comparison. He made the buying experience enjoyable. After making our decision, we were introduced to Jeff Stone as the financial overseer. In the past I have experienced very stressful encounters dealing with the finance contact. Jeff was able to not only provide me with great service but he took the time to see if he could find a better financing package for me. He also made the experience an enjoyable and less stressful. Later that evening we were eating at a restaurant nearby and Arturo happened to also be eating there with his family. He made it a point to stop at our table to greet us and congratulate us once more on our purchase. It was nice to see that his friendliness carried over even off site of the dealership. Had he not stopped by, we may have not even noticed he was there. Yet, he made it a point to say hello. A few days later I needed to stop by the dealership to resign a few items and both Jeff and Arturo greeted me. While I had to wait for Jeff to finish with another customer, Arturo took the time to sit with me and ask me what I thought about the vehicle. I went in on 02/07/13 to have some service done to one of my vehicles and met Mark while I was waiting for my ride to take me home. Mark explained to me everything I needed to know about the vehicle I was interested in. After some time I told him I thought I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Mark was AMAZING!!!! Mark went out of his way to make sure we got everything we wanted and needed. We will be in need of a second new vehicle soon and I will surely go back to Mark. Rick was also very helpful I felt he was honest about what payments I was looking at and even though it was his day off he stood there while I thought about if I really wanted to go through with this deal. He didn't rush me at all. Jeff was also very helpful and kept me updated on where my financing was all the way through the process.
