I am currently in the market for a truck (Chevrolet) later in the year and would prefer to stay local so I went to Henry Brown in Casa Grande. As my wife and I browsed through the inventory at HB we were greeted by Mike (Mikey) Nichols. Mike is knowledgeable of both Chevy trucks and the area, since this is his hometown. I informed Mike that I was not looking to purchase a vehicle today, but would like to consider returning at a later date if all went well. He understood and was still willingly to help me out with some potential options, future Chevrolet vehicle changes, and a test drive of a truck. We exchanged information after the test drive and I let him know that if all works out I'll see him in a few months to discuss my vehicle options in earnest. More
We went to the big tent sale, in Casa Grande, AZ, on April 26, specificaly to purchase a new Malibu, and trade in our Impala. We had done our research on-line, and so we knew what we wanted, the trade we wanted, monthly payment, etc. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Mike Nichols, and he was amazing with his help and understanding of the Malibu. He is very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable...a true asset to this dealership. We test drove a Malibu and an Equinox, but we were pretty much set on the Malibu. Mike then took us to the tent to start the paperwork, etc. That whole process with him and Rick Ayash went smoothly and hassle free. In fact, this was the easiest and most pleasant experience we have ever had with a car dealership, and buying a new car. Devin Guerrero was also very enjoyable as he prepared our invoice, etc. Again, we got the car we wanted, the trade we wanted, a great deal, etc. And we thoroughly enjoyed the three men who helped us through it all. Welp...I was looking for a vehicle and had stumbled across the Henry Brown website, liked what I saw and kept it in mind. I initially had a much longer time table in mind for my purchase. Mark Davenport contacted me early in my process, when I told him I still wasn't ready to make a purchase. He understood and never pushed me after that. I like that. I made sure to call him as soon as I was ready to buy. Once I figured out what I wanted, pricing couldn't have been easier. We were able to agree on a price and move on from there. I live two hours away, so I wasn't going to waste my time unless I knew it was a sure thing. Once I got to the dealership, I was given ample time to ogle my new truck, as the finance office spent some hard earned time ensuring i got the best rate I could get. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Mark and Devin. They made it easy for me, and I have no problem sending anyone to Henry Brown for an easy and pleasing car buying experience. We have bought 5 cars from this dealership and Liz has been AWESOME every time. The only problem we had was with the General Manager, Rick, whom did not do his homework when we came in for the last purcha been AWESOME every time. We bought my daughter a car to replace the one that had been wrecked by her boyfriend. We purchased an older vehicle since she was going to be making the payments so we needed something less expensive. Rick told the Service Manager not to do any work on the vehicle until the financing went throught. Financing was not a problem. If he had paid attention as to who the purchaser was, to the fact that we had been in there before, and why we were purchasing the vehicle may be he would not have made such a rash decision. More
