The first time I visited Henry Brown was when I met Kirk Hanlon. Kirk is an outstanding service advisor. He always goes above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of. If something isn't right he corrects the issue immediately without any hassle to me. I really can't say enough about Kirk. If he wasn't at the dealership I'm not sure that I would take my car there for service. I just know that when I leave my car in Kirk's hands that it will be taken care of and that he will call me regularly to keep me in the loop. The price we paid was outrageous. For the price the vehicle should have been fully loaded, with power driver seat, CD player, and GPS. More
Want Honesty -- Go Elsewhere We purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango on April 28, 2014. Our contract includes window tint for $399.00 and Master Shield protection for $399.00. Neither We purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango on April 28, 2014. Our contract includes window tint for $399.00 and Master Shield protection for $399.00. Neither of these things were done to the car. We asked for a copy of the work order for the window tint and were told that we bought the car so soon after they received it that they didn't have time so they said they would refund our money. There was perhaps a possibility that the other things weren't done also (etching as well as Master Shield) so we asked for a work order on them. They gave us a copy of the work order which stated the work was done on February 11. Well, if some work was done on February 11 and we bought the car on April 28, surely there was enough time to do the tint. Strike one! Now we're worried that the Master Shield wasn't done -- which is something that can only be done by a qualified dealership to validate the warranty. We didn't know how to check to make sure it was done. But then, we were putting things in the car and found two unopened bottles of the protectant under the seat. So now we know that wasn't done either. Strike two! So a total of $798 was added to my contract and we didn't receive a dimes worth of work. Strike three! Will we ever do business with this company again? NO If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from this company, ask for work orders before you sign the contract. Keep them honest. Did you know that according to the Arizona Attorney General, you really don't have to pay for these additions? Check out the AG's website and you'll find this out for yourself. More
