I scheduled my 3 week old Jeep to check the front end alignment. After waiting for 3 hours, the service tech finally had come to tell me, he had 3 techs drive the vehicle and couldn't recreate the issue. I couldn't understand why it took 3 hours. The service tech wanted to go for a ride with me in order to show him the problem, which he should have done from the start. Anyhow, I asked if they had put it on the alignment machine, of course they did not. Now, 2 hours later, he returned my Jeep Grand Cherokee. He provided the alignment sheet which shown it was out of alignment and allegedly repaired. I took the car, since I had been there for 5 hours, only to notice the repair did not fix the problem and my floormat and front carpet was greasy and dirty from the mechanics shoes. While I was waiting, I spoke to another gentleman who brought his 2016 Dodge Ram in for a turn signal not working. After the gentleman had waited for 5 hours, the service tech came to tell him that the bulb needed to be replaced. I recommend if you purchase a vehicle from Jerry Seiner, take it somewhere else for service. More
It took just under 3 hours to get an oil change and rotate tires. I’m still trying to figure out how it took that long!. Then, once I got into my car- there was an O’Reilly’s Auto Parts sticker slapp rotate tires. I’m still trying to figure out how it took that long!. Then, once I got into my car- there was an O’Reilly’s Auto Parts sticker slapped in the middle of my windshield. And their were dirt handprints on my dash and console. We loved the man who sold us our Traverse but I will not return here for service again. More

I was new in Casa Grande and took my 2015 Ram truck to get the gps updated that they said would take a couple of hours ok took all day! I drop off in the morning opening time and they finally called me at 5 that it was ready. Really? Of course that was after I called half a dozen times. Forget about my list of scheduled things and had planned for that afternoon. Then I schedule 2 recall items to get done. The person try to schedule me at 3 pm and I said I did not think so you won't have it done by close time. She scheduled me at 11 for 2 weeks later & said you sure that's enough time. Yes, sure no problem. Wrong again at 6 pm I am calling where is my truck! No one answers, they take your number and will call back or text you. Well nada. I do not have any vehicle to go check so pretty much left at their mercy. THE NEXT DAY is when I got my vehicle back. Bottom line is they will lie to you and then not return you calls. More

Bought a truck from them in Feb, paid $67k for it. In July I purchased a different truck out of state so I called Jerry Seiner to see if they’d want to buy back my truck. Mainly because they have a huge sign in the store that says they buy or take trades at the “KBB” rate. So I looked up my truck on KBB and it showed somewhere between $62k and $65k. I expected to get the Lowe end offer of $62k. They came back and offered me $58k. When showed them their sign and pulled up my truck on KBB the sales guy just laughed and gave me some story about how trucks are priced lower now, etc. because I didn’t want to hassle with selling my truck myself I told them I’d agree to $59k but that they should take their sign down because it’s misleading. They ignored me. I looked today to see if they had my truck online, expecting they would have it for $63 or $64k. Nope, they got it priced at $67k. Many things here but mainly “false advertising”, misleading consumers and plain old scummy sales tactics. Will never buy a vehicle from these guys again. Buyer beware! More
Run away from the service department. 9:30 am service appointment for oil change, tire rotation, and check auxiliary battery as the start stop function is not operative. Two hours later I am told it's done and that the auxiliary battery is fine with no problem. I knew there was no way the start stop was fixed in this amount of time so I told the service writer to drive my vehicle around the block. As I knew it did not work so he brings vehicle back to service and tells me they are working on it. After another three hours I walk to the back so I can check on my vehicle and it's sitting in the back lot. I assume the tech was butt hurt and decided to do something else. So at 3:30pm I told them to just give it back to me. This place is a joke. More

I went here to get an oil change done a little while back. Got my truck back, the seat had been moved in every direction possible as if they were going on a road-trip. I had to spend 10 minutes re-adjusting the seat, then spent the next day and a half working on getting set the exact way I had it... I drive A LOT, and need my seat where it is comfortable. That being said, starting at 7 am (when they are supposed to open in Service), my wife called them 15 times today and left 4 voicemails to be called back, even calling the General Manager and leaving them a voicemail. Seems like no one there wants to answer a phone or call anyone back. Finally at 3:45 pm she gets a call back from a woman that had an attitude and could care less about the customer. My wife asked to have our appointment canceled and was not once apologized to. Do not give this place your money. Go elsewhere. LOUSY SERVICE! More
