Horrible. I have an oil change package, I told them to check in two issues that was wrong with my SUV. They never called me to give a quote . The only thing they did just changed the oil. I have purchased many cars through Jerry Seiner Cadillac with good reason. I never have to worry if I am being scammed or taken advantage of. The staff there al know me and I now use there service departmen with good reason. I never have to worry if I am being scammed or taken advantage of. The staff there al know me and I now use there service department for oil changes. Once it was going to be a couple hours and I was going to wait. Mike offered me a loaner to drive, a 2020 XT5 and I liked it so much I ended up buying it. Great experience, great dealership and great people. I would definitely recommend Jerry Seiner to anybody looking for a great car and a great experience. More

A call from management goes along way. Your team is only as good as the owner, general manager, and supervisor. With that said. Now I know why I got treated the way I did.
