Wednesday I checked in for a tire rotation, oil change, nail in 1 tire and for the third time a front airbag safety recall. Waited 2 hours for them to tell me they can't do the airbag. Took them 2 more ho nail in 1 tire and for the third time a front airbag safety recall. Waited 2 hours for them to tell me they can't do the airbag. Took them 2 more hours to do the rotation and the oil change and they forgot to repair the tire. A bunch of losers. I'll never go there again. Paul Hamric More
I HIGHLY recommend that you do not purchase a vehicle from Jerry Seiner Cadillac. I recently purchased a 2023 Cadillac Escalade and have had non stop issues such as defects in the paint, scratches from t from Jerry Seiner Cadillac. I recently purchased a 2023 Cadillac Escalade and have had non stop issues such as defects in the paint, scratches from their service department, and a check engine light. I understand that with a new car, things will happen and that's why I purchased a warranty but the experience of trying to correct these items with the dealership has been extremely frustrating. On multiple occasions I've had to take time off work and spend hours at the dealership to get help in which they treated me and my wife like we were crazy for wanting these items fixed or after talking on several occasions, always acted like it was the first time we've mentioned these things. This morning their service manager was supposed to pick up our car at 9 to bring in for repairs, he wasn't going to show until 10. We've also received service appointments for things that we didn't even schedule. It's getting extremely frustrating to work with this dealership. It's hard to believe that we paid 100k for a car and have had nothing but issues with the car and the dealership. The lack of care and professionalism is unacceptable, especially for the market they are in with selling high cost vehicles. Please, do your research elsewhere and do not work with them. More
A sign of a good dealership is how they respond when when they do something wrong. No dealership is perfect and they will have employees who cause problems. But the paperwork processor was not. I was wrongly upsold nearly useless gap insurance and told it was "on us". The sales team reached out to me, checked the recorded session, confirmed I was not correctly informed that the gap insurance had a price, and mailed me a check for the gap insurance price I paid. Past that, minny routinely worked with me to ensure everything else worked out from start to finish. More

When I checked in for my oil change they asked if I was going to wait. I told them I was. 2 hours later I had not heard from anyone and went in and asked how much longer. The guy at the desk went and checked with the mechanic and about 20 minutes later they finally pulled my truck out. When I opened the door to my truck the automatic steps would not come out. So I had to get the tech to come out and fix the problem he caused. When I pulled away I got a notification on my dashboard that the engine air filter need to be replaced. They should have noticed that it needed to be replaced when they did their inspection. I did not go back to the dealership and just decided I would replace it myself. Not happy with their slow and incomplete service. More
