After my suv that I purchased at jerry hunt about 7 months ago left me on the side of the road with the transmission gone, I called jerry hunt. Luckily I had purchased the warranty package. After call months ago left me on the side of the road with the transmission gone, I called jerry hunt. Luckily I had purchased the warranty package. After calling the service department they had a tow truck to me within the hour to pick up my suv. They handled all the warranty stuff for me to. They told me it would be about 2 weeks to put in the re.manufactured transmission and they were done in 1 week! The only reason for the 4 stars is I feel communication could be better. This was a big, expensive, stressful issue and I just needed to know everything was going as planned. I was told they would call the next day at lunch but didn't hear from them. So when I called at 4:30pm I was told no they would call me between 5&6pm. Overall a pretty good experience in a could bad situation! More
