Went for an oil change and to have my tms fixed, was told i needed brake pads. Agreed and told them to do the break pads and the air filter. Was also told I had an oil leak and would get a quote for that. As i needed brake pads. Agreed and told them to do the break pads and the air filter. Was also told I had an oil leak and would get a quote for that. Ask for a price for the work being done(oil change, break pads for rear, air filters, and tms) was quoted 500 dollars. My appointment was at 10 am. I arrived around 9:45 am and they did not even start fixing my car or talk to me about what was wrong until 11. I never saw the man again, he had another person bring me my keys and bill after 1 pm. I had been there over 3 hours when I was told it would be around an hour to an hour and a half AFTER I was already there for an hour. Then I was charged 650 dollars, after a supposed 70 dollar discount when I was quoted 500. They changed my rotars without even asking and charged my for labor when they had not even started on my car. I also never received a quote for fixing the oil leak they said I had. I am very disappointed, I was lied to and took advantage of. My family will never return to Jerry Hunt for maintenance or for car purchases again. And I will not recommend to anyone. More

The salesperson was ok but not the financial guy after getting home o found out I signed up one of those extra warranty adding $1000s to my loan amount and monthly payment to where I can't afford the pay getting home o found out I signed up one of those extra warranty adding $1000s to my loan amount and monthly payment to where I can't afford the payment.Also the car insurance they got me $400 the first month and $300 a month after that State Farm is $188 smh can u say kick back on both the warranty and car insurance More
