As always, the staff was amazing. Nice, punctual, and informative through the process. Unfortunately, my truck has a phantom issue that is difficult to duplicate. They could not duplicate it there for it wasn’t fixed. I understand the principal behind the warranty and needing to know the problem before they fix it. It’s still getting old though and I’m a little disappointed with the warranty that I paid dearly for. The staff is still awesome though. More

I purchased a used Challenger here a few months back. Logan took care of me & was helpful when I was there. When I left, that's a different story. Like most used car dealers, Jerry Hunt is great at telli Logan took care of me & was helpful when I was there. When I left, that's a different story. Like most used car dealers, Jerry Hunt is great at telling you what you want to hear. Logan attempted to separate Jerry Hunt from other used car dealers, saying they strive to ensure the vehicle is in the best shape possible & you won't have to worry about hidden issues. Or something along those lines. Typical marketing spiel. When I took the car for a test drive I remarked on the brakes likely needing a change as they were noticeably loud. Logan mostly ignored this & I should've pushed more on this. I did however point out the corrosion all over one of the battery terminals. He said he would have it cleaned up along with "detailing the car" & putting on new tires. Sounded good to me & I liked the car but not the price. So I tried negotiating it down. At first Logan wouldn't entertain negotiating but eventually did & we came to a deal that was alright. After paperwork, I left as the car was still being cleaned up. That's when getting in touch with Logan was an issue. It might have been phone issues but we did talk a number of hours later in which I reminded him of the corrosion & I did so again two days later (in which he had forgotten who I was at first). He stated that it would be resolved. Surprise surprise but after the car was dropped off, a few days later it wouldn't start. I open the trunk & look at the battery & surely enough nobody cleaned up the corrosion. I then cleaned it up myself & it started. Next I took it to my mechanic for an extensive look at it & the rest of the vehicle. As expected, the brakes rotors along with pads had to be changed & the battery terminal needed a proper cleaning. My mechanic also did find stop leak in the coolant tank so that's another "hidden issue" I'll deal with soon enough. Jerry Hunt is your typical used car dealer. Nothing special or different. I'm not angry as these are mostly minor issues but a bit disappointed. As soon as I walked out & they had my money Logan forgot who I was & or didn't care to ensure my concerns were alleviated. More
