Could not have better things to say about our experience here, especially with our sales advisor, Zach. We encountered some trouble in the first few days with our vehicle. Zach was on it right away, promisi here, especially with our sales advisor, Zach. We encountered some trouble in the first few days with our vehicle. Zach was on it right away, promising that it would be fixed promptly and correctly. Technically, he didn't have to promise anything, as all car sales are finalized immediately here. There's no 7-day cool-off period where you can return a car if you've changed your mind, like you see in some other pre-owned auto showrooms. But Zach said something along the lines of, "Jerry Hunt isn't the kind of place to sell you a problem. We're always going to do what we can to make things right for the customer. Trust me." Within a week, the problem was both solved and warrantied. Other places may give you 7 days to ensure you made the right choice on your vehicle, but Zach gave us YEARS of knowing we made the right choice because he demonstrated that the dealership is there for you, even after you sign on the dotted line. Zach made us feel like he didn't just care about customer satisfaction. What he actually cared about was the CUSTOMER. There's a big difference. More

The manager, Amar, told me on the telephone to bring the key fob to him that was missing one side and he would take care of it. When I got there, his idea of taking care of it was buttering me up talking ab key fob to him that was missing one side and he would take care of it. When I got there, his idea of taking care of it was buttering me up talking about how good a customer I am, then immediately saying how it was going to cost him a couple hundred dollars to replace that key and couldn't he just wait till one came in that he could replace it with! He didn't know how long it would be. He would mail it to me. Even worse is the fact that the sales man told me on my return that he saw that but didn't tell me and sold it to me anyway! Then they said they couldn't find a wiper blade to put on where it was missing one. They are sending one to Lexington for me. At least they did reset the oil change warning light, after I went back inside to get them to do it. A waste of my time and gas! More

My review is a mix of good and bad. I walked around the parking lot for 5 to 10 minutes and no one came out. I had to go in for a salesperson. They couldn't offer much on my truck as a trade in but the manager, Amar, kept trying to do better for me even after I was gone. On the good side, they delivered my vehicle to my home in Southmont! After they left I saw that the back is off of one of the key fobs. Crossing my fingers that they can find it. More
