I have to do all the foot work to get the approval from my bank. And when I told them certain things that the bank wouldn’t approve they said yes they will. Then when my bank didn’t approve. The buying process was pleasant and went well but unfortunately afterwards not so much . I was promised a new drivers side mirror ( the one on it was scratched up a lot ) and never received it or con unfortunately afterwards not so much . I was promised a new drivers side mirror ( the one on it was scratched up a lot ) and never received it or contact or information why . I was told it was ordered but hadn’t came in and i contacted the salesman a couple times and haven’t been able to contact him since . Haven’t heard back . Replacing the mirror was a deal breaker as to whether i was going to purchase it or not . Honestly if i had to do over i would have gotten something else . More

Highly recommend talking to him directly. Thank you Jonathan !! Not happy with the so called "Lifetime powertrain warranty" I was told they could fix my transmission, only to have them deny my warranty claim. Stating I did not have my transmission serviced when they never serviced it before I bought it at 45,000 miles. Will not be doing business with them in the future. More

I stopped late in the day so people needed to complete my transaction had already left for the day. I was paying cash so I didnt need financing. The sale seemed smooth but once you got my money I may as wel transaction had already left for the day. I was paying cash so I didnt need financing. The sale seemed smooth but once you got my money I may as well been invisible. When I arrived to pick up my jeep it hadnt been detailed yet. I waited 2 hours on my wrangler. I made my first drive to JH after a couple days of ownership for a dead battery. My second trip to the dealership was to pick up my plate and spare key. Only to find out they cant find my spare key. My upcoming third trip will be to make me a new key faub because they can't find the key. I don't live in Salisbury so this is using up my gas. More
