Everything leading up to the sale was amazing! I felt important, respected etc. Then once I got the car. Less than 2 hrs after leaving the lot I had an issue with my new car. I contacted my salesm I felt important, respected etc. Then once I got the car. Less than 2 hrs after leaving the lot I had an issue with my new car. I contacted my salesman (Braydon) that night. He got back to me the next day, saying he would look into my problem and that he would call me back. I never received a call back.. I tried calling the Supercenter multiple times to speak with him but he would never pick up. I texted him several times and was not gotten back to. I eventually had to ask to speak with a manager. (Jared) He was not kind to me at all! Saying the car issue was basically MY fault. I tried to tell him I had nothing to do with it but was dismissed. He said he would call me back later that day.. I never got a call back. I called again 2 days later still couldn’t get ahold of my saleman. I was pushed up to a sales manager (Jared) again. I explained I just wanted the problem fixed, I didn’t care whose fault it was. I was talked down to by him. It ended with him telling me “I’ll have the finance department give you a call before the end of the day”. Huge shocker I didn’t receive a call! The next day I found myself calling back still wishing that someone would help me resolve this problem with me car. I then spoke to (Derrek) he wasn’t friendly at all! He told me straight up “sorry buddy there is nothing we can do”. I had the car for 5 days… He didn’t look into the warranty or any of the packages I added on to try and help me fix my problem. They sure care about you when they’re trying to make the sale. But after that you’re nothing to them. I’m tired of being dodged and talked down to and overall disrespected by the staff there. Please find another dealership to buy your car. More
