Waited ~ 1. 5 hours to sign the papers due to an internal meeting of some sort which is an unreasonable amount of time. Kevin in finance was exceptional, however, Mi Mi in sales not so much . when the car was delivered it was supposed to include an owners manual, it did not. I called and Mi Mi said it had to be ordered and not so much . when the car was delivered it was supposed to include an owners manual, it did not. I called and Mi Mi said it had to be ordered and would be here at Myrtle Beach within a a week. That did not happens I called again she checked and said the person who order the manual was not in but would check and call me tomorrow. No call so I called again, person still was not in would call on Monday. When I did not receive a call I called Kevin he checked and said the manual was there at Jerry hunt . It was supposed to be sent to my address Kevin said he would take care of this ,he did and received the manual in two days. the issue for us was things we did not know we had no way of looking up. For instance, needed gas an had no idea hunt open outside door had to google on phone which took some time More
