They have a great selection of cars to choose from. That's where the good ends. We drove for an hour and a half to look at a specific car that was advertised. We had no trouble finding a salesperson, they jump on you right away. The car we were looking at had not been serviced or cleaned, but we test drove it anyway. After looking it over and deciding to buy, we were taken inside to do the paperwork. After spending 30 minutes or so the salesperson comes back with a price which was $699.00 higher. (Administrative Fees) I explained that I will not pay any such fees. The price of the car was already almost $1000.00 over the Kelly Blue Book average selling price. Come to find out, this is a "No Haggle" dealership. "No haggle" means the customer pays well over the retail price, and to add insult to this, they add another $699.00 So I walked out. Five minutes later they call me asking what they can do to sell me the car. I told them take off the fee. Nope, wouldn't do it. I told them you lost a sale over $699.00 Several days passed, along with lots of emails and texts from them. We decided to buy the car anyway. I know I paid to much for the car, But I will never go back to Jerry Hunt Supercenter. It doesn't end here. After spending another 1 and one half hours, and at the very last minute they tell me there is a 3% fee for using my charge card to pay for the car after I called them earlier to see if I could use my charge card for payment. No mention of any such fee. Now we had to drive all the way back home (30 Miles) get a certified bank check and drive back to the dealership. Our sales person assured me they could deliver the car to our home for us so we wouldn't have to drive back. Long story short, that didn't work either, had to drive back anyway. It took just about all day to get this done. They will tell you anything just to make a sale, not trustworthy at all. I paid a premium price for the car and they never bothered to clean it up... Never again, Jerry Hunt. More

I have had several issues with the vehicle since the day after I bought it but they have been very helpful in trying to deal with the issues.
