I purchased my vehicle from this dealership back in April of 2021. The initial experience was okay but when I realized I never received my paperwork, 2 headrest were missing and I was missing my spare tire, of 2021. This is ridiculous. You constantly call up there and they say they are handling it but nothing seems to be taking care. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Yes the will deliver your vehicle to you but once they make a sale, they do not care what happens. More

I am very happy with our new Grand Cherokee Jeep, 2019. However, I have never bought a car without getting a second (spare) key. Jonathan said he was looking for the second one but didn't appear to actua However, I have never bought a car without getting a second (spare) key. Jonathan said he was looking for the second one but didn't appear to actually be looking for it. He did inform me I could have one made by the guy who comes on Thursdays. Two days after our purchase, I drove back to the dealership and paid for a second key fob. With 2 vehicles to trade and a check to finalilze the deal, I don't understand why a second key fob wasn't part of the deal. Sue Stroud More
