I think the salesperson was good. But, I also told him that I can pay cash if my business credit didn't work but he still ran my personal credit and made me wait another hour or so. Business cash paying customers should be treated different than credit applicants. Lastly, I only received one key...and the salesperson told me that I would have to purchase a second key? You guys would need 2 keys if I sold you my vehicle...why don't you provide a second key for the buyer? More

Went to the Lexington dealership on 9-7-22 saw a truck as I was passing by, took 15 minutes before anyone said anything to me. So finally a sales manager came to me and spoke, I went in with Dylan (who btw I was passing by, took 15 minutes before anyone said anything to me. So finally a sales manager came to me and spoke, I went in with Dylan (who btw is a order taker) according to Daniel the finance guy, so they do there credit thing came back and said $3000 down and your approved ok I’ll be back at 9 am tomorrow to do the deal. So i come back to next day ready to do the deal and I hand Dylan my debit card and say here run the down payment, we’ll he has me follow him to the cashier once there I tell the cashier $3000 minus the $200 deposit from the day before so I tell the cashier I owe $2800! Dylan says hold on and runs back to the sales tower and runs back to me going no no no you owe $1475, I’m like ok you got my down payment down, xxxx yeah for me so now it’s $1475 minus the $200 which is $1275; I pay it do all the paperwork get the keys and we’re gone. So I take off to Oklahoma City, I’m in Oklahoma working I get a call from Dylan saying I owe $1525 more on the deal. I’m like I paid the $1475 you and your sales managers told me to pay, I’m like xxx. So he goes on about that they messed up and told me the WRONG down payment, so I told him not my problem not my mistake, the deal is done and Ally has funded the account. So then I get a text from Daniel (the over cologne wearing finance guy) about how I signed a contract for $3000 and they need the money if I don’t bring them the money they’ll reverse the deal and this xxxx! So I call Ally and they tell me the only money I owe is my payment. So somewhere along the way my wife gets dragged into the xxxx show, then Evan the General manger threatened my wife with repoing the truck and this crap and forces her into paying the $1525, in the meantime I have left a message with Todd Hunt the owner. So I get a call back from Todd 3 days later I explain the situation to him and he says don’t worry about the $1525, I’m like your people forced my wife to pay it! So he’s like let me check into it, I’ll call you tomorrow. So tomorrow rolls around and it’s 5:00 and no call from Todd so I reach out and no answer, then I get a call back from Todd saying I knew I owed the money and all this xxxx, well first off your dealership told me $1475 so I’m thinking you got the deal done thru another bank for less down, so I tell Todd look it’s paid your dealership lied and your people were nasty to my wife get me a remote for the truck(only got one) and apologize to my wife and we’ll wash the deal under the bridge. So Todd says I’ll do it now! So I call my wife hour later and say did you get a call? She’s like no, so I ask her did Todd from Jerry hunt call you she said no no one has called me! So with the lies that everyone at the dealership has told me and the xxxxxxxx, stress they put my wife thru I would stay away!!! The truck had one hood strut and wouldn’t hold the hood up ask them to fix that never called, the trailer brakes didn’t work they didn’t call me about that, or the extra key I asked for didn’t call me about that, and lastly they never gave me a temporary registration card for the 30 day tag which is a dmv violation, I told Todd I wouldn’t do any of this if he followed his word, well here we are! More
