If I could rate this place azero, I would. xxxxty business etiquette. How can you accept an offer on a vehicle, know I'm coming to do the paperwork when I get off work, and then turn around an xxxxty business etiquette. How can you accept an offer on a vehicle, know I'm coming to do the paperwork when I get off work, and then turn around and sell the car to someone else before I get there ? Scheduled a test drive for a different vehicle, which was set for 45minutes after my call, only to get there and tell me that car has been sold. They found the second car ( that I was going to buy) and I test drove it. After originally saying both cars were the same price, they suddenly tell me car 2 was almost $ 900 more. Told them nope, that's above my payment range. Yasin, what ever his title in the sales department, actually had xxxxx enough to ask me if I could give up eating out a few meals each month so I could make that higher payment !! Just really crappy business approach from this place. If you are crazy enough to buy from there, make sure you have the money to pay on the spot, or these peckerheads will sell it right out from under you More
I purchased my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in May 2023. Upon getting my car, concerns that I had and brought up were not addressed. They were ignored and excuses were constantly made. The issues were not noted until AFTER I had signed all of my paperwork and down payment given. It was then that I was given my new car keys to drive off of the lot. Before driving off I showed the sales person along with the manager that the front right side of the bumper was partially hanging off. They tried telling me that “that’s how the car is supposed to be”. After voicing my concern regarding the bumper for almost an hour, the sales person finally acknowledged that he saw what I was referring to, but still nothing was done to resolve the issue. The vehicle wasn’t cleaned, washed or detailed prior to me picking up the vehicle. The sales person found a straight razor blade on the floor the car and just threw it out. I had to take the car and have it washed and detailed, costing me an additional $75! A few days after driving off the lot with my new vehicle, a slight knocking sound starting occurring every time I’d accelerate from a fully stopped position. I called Jerry Hunt where they said they could not hear anything. I took my vehicle to Nissan where they acknowledged that they did indeed hear the sound. Shame on you Jerry Hunt for treating customers like this. More
