Have always had bad experiences with dealers. Getting throw out at one and almost fighting the F&I guy at another over extended warranties that I didn’t want. Found the car we eventually bought here for much less than anywhere else. $3,500 less than carmax for a equivalent car. I was apprehensive about going. We did and glad we did. Out the door in 90 minutes after the test drive. Andrew the finance guy didn’t push the extended warranties or prepaid maintenance plans. I appreciated that. When my tundra needs replacing, I’ll be going here. Finally a true dealer with aggressive pricing taking the headache out of fighting for a lower price. They just lowered it to a fair price. Pleasant experience and good value until we drove car home and found a metal crunching sound and wind/road noise when you when you got up to about 50/60 MPH.. Had to make a service appointment where they found the metal noise (screw missing from heat deflector) but said the wind noise was from the sunroof and it would be a warranty repair. The car is a 2023 Infiniti with less than 6k miles on it. Another three hour drive and who knows how many trips and miles to an Infiniti dealer. More
