When the driver returned my truck, it only had an 1/8 of a tank of fuel. The driver stated no one told him to fill it up. The driver stated he would advise you that the truck only had 1/8 tank when he returned it. Still have not heard from anyone. More

I’m giving this review due to the salesperson that assisted us in getting a new vehicle. The process was super slow. I expected to be there for a while but when test driving different cars she had to assisted us in getting a new vehicle. The process was super slow. I expected to be there for a while but when test driving different cars she had to go get the key which took 10-15 minutes each time. Once she got the key for the car we were interested in but she failed to get the key for the car that was in front of it blocking it in so we had to wait for her to get that key. The waiting around for that was pretty frustrating. She knew nothing about any of the cars we were test driving. It was like being waited on by a waitress. We were only given 1 key for the car and was told that there was only 1 available. They could make a key for about $250.00 when their key guy was there twice a week. When we went to pick up the tags the extra key was with it! The salesperson was just too sorry to check I guess since she wanted us to order and pay for another. Also when we got the car home we realized that there was a huge gash in the tire. We showed this to our salesperson and she said that it should be fine and that it was only cosmetic. The service manager came over to see what I was showing her and he agreed that the tire wasn’t safe and agreed to replace. He said that it wouldn’t be a Michelin tire like the other 3 but he could give me a price on the difference. Ridiculous! He agreed to put on a matching tire after I explained I would like the tires to match my brand new car I just purchased. The response from the salesperson was “well it looks like you’re getting a new tire.” With no help from her! All in all we got what we wanted but I feel like we had to fight for it to make it happen. The salesperson just really put us off on the whole place with the non caring and lazy attitude. I regret not leaving and coming back to get someone else who deserved the commission more. We have been satisfied with everyone else we have dealt with so far. More
