The sales person was new and was a little slow but we understood that he was new. It was a Saturday and we where there for almost six hours. I asked questions during the purchase of our Gladiator such a understood that he was new. It was a Saturday and we where there for almost six hours. I asked questions during the purchase of our Gladiator such as if the vehicle had the storage bags for the freedom panels and if it had the tools to take off the back portion of the top and doors and a second key fob. I was assured it wasn't a problem the salesman was more concerned about getting the paperwork finished. We waited a very long time to get in to the finance department to sign paperwork and once that was finished nobody had checked on the storage bags, key fob or tools for the top and doors. As we are about to leave I'm still asking about the storage bags and tools and the salesman wanted my wife to fill out a survey for him and she kind of felt pressured into doing that in front of him. I'm still trying to get the things I needed. None of theses things where in my vehicle and now the salesman was trying to find the tools in other vehicles and he couldn't find any in those but when I asked about the storage bags when we found those he said that the sales manager said that they couldn't take those from another vehicle as he was trying to find the tools in another vehicle to give me. Luckily I found the tools as I went thru the vehicle the next day. The salesman said he would check on the second fob and call me back. After about a week of not hearing from anyone I called Matt backed and left a message for him and about three days later he called me back and said it didn't have a second key fob but he could get me one at cost for $220. Once I finally signed everything in the finance office I really felt like I was on my own instead of a paying customer. My wife and I did not have a very good experience at all. With all of that being said. My daughter bought a car about a month later from there and I went with her and this was a totally different experience Jocee Phelps was her sales person and Jocee was excellent she had a wonderful personality very knowledgeable and finished the paperwork very quickly. We did have to wait a pretty long time to get back to the finance department but Jocee made a lot of effort to check on us to see if we wanted something to drink and if we are ok as she was helping other customers. She apologized several times for the delay as none of this was her fault and I told her this wasn't that bad of wait as we had waited almost six hours during our first visit. When we finally went back to financing Bob done an excellent job in explaining different options for my 24 year old daughter as she had not done this before. The second visit was like night and day compared to the first visit. Based on my daughters experience I would recommend Jerry Hunt to others. More
The sales person was great. They did not detail the vehicle, Some of the financing managers were not friendly and polite. The buying process was easy and simple. The vehicle smelt like smoke but it did not have that smell doing the test drive. Grateful my son got his vehicle in time for his 17th birthday. Thanks More

My car was dirty, 2 tires had nails, been over a week and I’m still waiting on my new tire. I had to take my car back to be cleaned and I live over 45 minutes away. Excellent salesman. Sale manager (negotiator) was ok. Finance experience ok, he attempted to upsell maintenance coverage (~10% of vehicle cost), which was a negative.
