We traveled 2. 5 hours to purchase a Volvo from Phillip, who was very nice. The deal did take a VERY long time, even though we reached out and made a deposit on a vehicle we found online and went there for the express purpose of looking at and purchasing the vehicle. It seemed like a lot of the paperwork could have been done in the 2 days before we arrived. The day after we ultimately purchased the vehicle we first encountered a dead key fob (and it only came with one), that afternoon the tire pressure light came on, all of the tires were under inflated (I would think it was due to temperature, but we had already driven the car about 50 miles that morning with no problem), and finally that evening the low coolant light came on. When you purchase a used vehicle, it is a nerve wracking experience, and these easily avoidable instances really have given us pause about our purchase. More
