My experience was pretty good at first the salesmen Chris and Hunter were great to work with. But when I went to pick up my car the customer service was not the same. Hag to call back and ask for it. Also had to make another payment on my trade in after I was told “you should be good” it will be paid off before it’s due. Then I was told we have 20 days you probably make a payment and your bank will pay you back! More

Our salesman Landon Walsh was great but there's just no follow up. We was supposed to be ordered a tire because the tire on the 2024 car we bought had a knot in it. Also the horn does not work, was told it's still under warranty 1200 miles or 30 days but by the time I get something done my 30 days will be up. I know everyone is busy but I feel there should be better communication on their end. More
