bought 2 vehicles in 2 months, they are THAT good! Until I found (ultimately 2) cars that fit my needs and budget, I could not stand shopping for a car. It was always a huge, insulting hassle from the dealers. Then in August I was looking for a car for our daughter and found a great car at a good price. We bought a Nissan Rogue. We went to the dealship and showed them the price we had been quoted online and they honored that price. There were also some small issues with the body work and when we brought these to the attention of our salesman Shawn Worthy, he went and spoke to the owner and Justin Wilson, who agreed that they would take care of making these small items right for us. There was NO argument or hassle, just said they would see to getting it fixed AND they put it in writing. We did the paperwork with Debby Knott, who is just the nicest person and we were quickly and so nicely checked out with all of the paperwork done. When our son needed a car I turned to the best salesman we've ever dealt with, Shawn Worthy. WE purchased a Ford Explorer. I was supposed to go in on Thursday but we were unable to make it happen, so unbeknownst to me, Shawn told me to come on in on Friday, but didn't tell me it was his day off. Shawn actually came in to e my salesman on his day off and saw to my every need. Before I drove to Lexington (from Salisbury) I asked Shawn to drive it for me and to give me an honest opinion of the vehicle, which he did. It means so very much to deal with HONEST salesmen with INTEGRITY and a great personality. Dealing with Shawn on the phone (both times) I pretty much had already decided to by the vehicles before I even got on the lot. Honesty and the Better Business Bureau's A+ rating gave me a great deal of confidence. The next car we need, we know where we will go to look for it.....Jerry Hunt Supercenter, salesman Shawn Worthy, Finance checkout with Debby (and I DON"T do math, but Debby made everything SO easy!), and if there are any body issues (which to our experience have only been small), we know that Justin Wilson will take care of us. Wonderful experience made easy and so pleasant! More
