Waste of time Been looking at their diesel trucks for a couple days before I put any of my information online to show interest in a truck, worked with Lyrissa about Been looking at their diesel trucks for a couple days before I put any of my information online to show interest in a truck, worked with Lyrissa about a specific truck to try to get approved before wasting my time going up there because it was over an hour drive. Told her what I had as a down payment and what I wanted my monthly payments at, everything seem good and for the next 2 days she worked on it. Everything seemed promising on the truck so I waste my time and go up there to be introduced to Red which was a nice guy, I got our car appraised to trade and they asked me to put more money down which I didn't really want to but I decided to so that I could get this specific truck I had been lead to believe I was going to get. Red slides me the paper saying all the information about my trade in, down payment, monthly payment, truck I was trying to buy info, and I see that it's a Dodge Ram 1500 not a Ford F-250, so Red explains to me that Lyrissa has already told me that I wasn't able to get the truck I was wanting to get, which is total bullcrap because Lyrissa never said anything like that and I wouldn't have wasted my time and gas driving there. I was honest with them so I was expecting the same back. I shouldn't have trusted them saying I was more than likely going to get that truck then try to be tricked into another truck that I don't want and that I would have to pay for. So Red walks away probably because he knew that I was mad and I don't blame him, and Justin comes to greet me which he was a really nice guy also, and he explains everything to me which is what I wanted in the first place, not to be tricked into coming there to be made out into a fool! Business should not be done this way More
