Great Customer Service First time buying from a dealership and first time financing. The process was smooth. We came in day one but was just looking because we wanted to che First time buying from a dealership and first time financing. The process was smooth. We came in day one but was just looking because we wanted to check out another dealership. Of course they tried all the sales tactics to get us to stay and buy. We ended up coming back the next day to buy the car. We were quoted one interest rate but when it came down to paperwork, the interest rate changed. We were very upset and made them aware. After a few hours, Hailey called us to inform us she had called the bank to try to get the interest rate dropped some. Although it was not dropped to the rate we were quoted, we appreciated her effort and was happy with the rate it was dropped to. Overall, very impressed with their selection of cars, their customer service, and all the perks (2 free oil changes, free inspections for life, etc!) I would just recommend anyone to get quotes in writing before believing them, and check over everything before signing. Not saying they’re untrustworthy, but things can slip without you knowing. I would definitely come back to buy another car though. Thanks, Jerry Hunt! More
