I had over an hour drive to get to the deale From the first phone call, Stephanie Mabe was helpful, personable, and went out of her way to assist me. I had over an hour drive to get to the dealership, so I had lots of questions for Stephanie before committing to making the trip through rush hour traffic for a test drive. She was extremely patient, then continued her great customer service when I arrived at the dealership. After deciding the vehicle was the one I wanted, Danielle Hunt stepped in to assess my trade. She was very personable and helpful as well. The deal they presented was very fair for the vehicle I was purchasing and for my trade, therefore, there was no need to haggle. They ordered a new vanity mirror and lighter plugs/covers and had them shipped to my home after delivery of the vehicle. Less than a week later the check engine light came on, however, they drove an hour to me to pick up the vehicle, service it, and return it to me at no cost. I was so impressed with the customer service, honesty, and professionalism and feel that Stephanie and Danielle are more than just the people who sold me a vehicle; they truly are friends! This was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership and I will definitely return for my next vehicle. More
