I had over an hour drive to get to the dealership, so I had lots of questions for Stephanie before committing to making the trip through rush hour traffic for a test drive. She was extremely patient, then continued her great customer service when I arrived at the dealership. After deciding the vehicle was the one I wanted, Danielle Hunt stepped in to assess my trade. She was very personable and helpful as well. The deal they presented was very fair for the vehicle I was purchasing and for my trade, therefore, there was no need to haggle. They ordered a new vanity mirror and lighter plugs/covers and had them shipped to my home after delivery of the vehicle. Less than a week later the check engine light came on, however, they drove an hour to me to pick up the vehicle, service it, and return it to me at no cost. I was so impressed with the customer service, honesty, and professionalism and feel that Stephanie and Danielle are more than just the people who sold me a vehicle; they truly are friends! This was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership and I will definitely return for my next vehicle. More

On first arriving at the dealership we had enough time to look at a few cars and then comes Mr. Ivan Washington, one of the salesmen. Ivan was very professional in his words and explained very well every detail about the car so we moved inside to talk numbers. Ivan went back and forth only two times with the manager and the deal was done. Now on to the finance, Mrs. Ally Cain was the same as Ivan, very professional and quick with the whole process of signing a bunch of legal papers.
