Fast and easy car purchase I saw the car I wanted on their website so I decided to go look at it. I was greeted by Rick Green after a few minutes. He then showed me the car,I te I saw the car I wanted on their website so I decided to go look at it. I was greeted by Rick Green after a few minutes. He then showed me the car,I test drove it and decided to purchase it that day. He was pleasant to deal with as was everyone I encountered at the dealership. The experience was nice, not being pressured at all. Rick done a great job at getting things done quickly. Hailey Poole was very nice and prompt when completing the finance paperwork. I wasn't able to take the car home at the time of purchase,so Rick arranged to have it delivered the same day. I purchased the car on New Year's day and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Was lied to. I was told vehicle that I made offer on sold I made an offer on a truck. Brianna told me the truck had sold. Then the price went up $1,000 in car gurus from $16,488 to $17,488. I asked again abou I made an offer on a truck. Brianna told me the truck had sold. Then the price went up $1,000 in car gurus from $16,488 to $17,488. I asked again about the truck and I raised my offer $1,000. Brianna told me that she thought it had sold but it was really in the body shop. I asked for best price out the door and was told almist $19,000. I offered nada value $13,000, which is fair market and I was told that they don't go by nada. What a waste of time. More
