Talk about personal touch, I felt like I was with family, First Shanon Henson was such a Sweet Heart, she called me when I first inquired online about their inventory, she work diligently with me on the phone helping me find the right financing and was so nice and sweet, You could hear her compassion in her voice and made me feel so comfortable and worked finding the right finance option for us. Once we drove down to the Lot we were met by one of the Biggest, friendliest smiles we had ever seen at a Dealership in a long time. Stephanie Mabe, our future Sales Consultant, greeted us before we got out of our car, (I like that), Not like some of the Dealerships where you have to search and hunt for a sales person, Stephanie right off made us feel right at home, she and Shanon already had a game plan put together with the vehicle I had ask about on the phone, Stephanie then took my wife and I out to let me test drive one of their Chevrolet Equinox to see if that's what I would like and my wife and I fell in love with it, then Stephanie worked her Magic and got us in the nicest one of the 8 or 9 they had with best price and best financing, she was so understanding, and the best thing there was no pressure, but her compassion for our needs and her professionalism were top notch. After she crunch the numbers and we accepted she introduced us to another Angel in the finance department Rachel Prevette, she was so sweet and understanding so the transition from potential buyer to owner was very smooth with no tension or stress, All three of these Ladies, Shanon Henson, Stephanie Mabe and Rachel Prevette were Angels and my wife and I were never so Happy with a Pre-owned vehicle as we were with what they sold us, Free Life time Engine and Power train warranty, Life time state inspection sticker just to mention a few options that it comes with.
