I told my sales rep Doug that I wanted to keep the roof rack from my trade in. I offered to come back a different day after I had a chance to take it off. They assured me that I would be able to come bac rack from my trade in. I offered to come back a different day after I had a chance to take it off. They assured me that I would be able to come back and pick up the roof rack when I dropped the title off for my trade in to close the sale. When I went back the sales rep was on vacation but hadn't notated anything during purchase so the car was sold with my $700 roof rack still on it. Hunter said he was going to try and get it back for me same day but I haven't heard anything from anyone at the dealership. This is not how professionals conduct business. More
