WOMEN BEWARE!!! My mother and I went here to look at a specific car I had found online. I had called the day before to make sure they still had it and hadn't sold it My mother and I went here to look at a specific car I had found online. I had called the day before to make sure they still had it and hadn't sold it as we were driving from Charlotte, around an hour drive. The woman I spoke with confirmed they still had the car and all would be good for me to come out the following day, no appointment necessary. When we arrived we were promptly greeted and asked about the car. We were seated and then proceeded to wait 15 minutes while they located the key. Then we were told the batteries in the key were dead and they were looking for batteries. They then informed us the only key they had had been broken by a customer the day before so we could look at the car but couldn't drive the car. This was frustrating but we went ahead and looked at the car. When we got out to the car one of their mechanics had the car hooked up to a jump box because the battery was dead. We looked the car over and I loved it. We then went inside to talk financials. After everything was talked over and agreed upon they said they could deliver the car and paperwork to us at my mothers house in Fort Mill once they got two new keys. They also said they would have a new battery in it and it would have a full service done (I had specifically asked if it had an oil change). They had also agreed to me immediately bringing it to my mechanic upon delivery for him to look over. Once the car was delivered my mechanic looked over the vehicle, noticed three of the tires were older and dry rotted while one tire was new. This is an all wheel drive vehicle. You cannot replace just one tire you have to replace at least two. He also noticed the rear windshield wiper was now broken, it hadn't been broken when my mother and I saw it. There was also a caliper seized on one of the rear breaks. We called and spoke to Bob, the service manager who had told me the battery was replaced and it would have a full service. He said if they did anything about the tires it would effect the price of the car. He did say he could meet my mechanics price for repairing the rear windshield wiper and rear breaks (which he did at cost). After we agreed on that my mother and I began signing the paperwork. She was the primary co-signer. Her name was misspelled on almost every piece of paperwork she had to sign. Including the title and loan. The loan was incorrect as well. All of this meant the guys who brought the car and paperwork meant they had to come back the next day with corrected paperwork. More time out of everyone's day. The morning after signing the original paperwork I went out to my car and my TPMS light came on notifying me one of the tires was low. I went and put more air in the tire and later that day it was going flat again. I took it to my mechanic, they broke down the tire and could see where Jerry Hunt's mechanics had tried to patch the tire and didn't do a very good job of it. He removed their patch and re-patched it himself. No more light. I took my car to my mechanic to have the breaks fixed and he double checked the fluids. He said I needed and oil change and showed me the color of the oil, it was black. There is no way an oil change had just been done on this. So then I asked him to check the battery. I purchased a Ford so when we saw a Motorcraft battery we thought they had the dealer do it, until my mechanic pulled the battery out and it still had all the factory stickers on it with the date of the vehicle on it. This was in no way a new battery. I've now had the car for almost a month and just received a call from Jerry Hunt asking when I would be able to go into the SC DMV to pay my property taxes. I was under the impression the tax, tag, and title were a part of the initial cost. No one ever said anything about property taxes before today. When I questioned this they said it was because the car would be titled in SC and they can't pay SC property taxes. Again, never explained to us. Do not trust their mechanics, do not trust their financial people. Especially if you are a female. We should have known better. More

It had an issue I discovered on my drive home and they came 4.5 hours to pick up my truck to take back to the dealership to fix. I got it back in 48 hours! Easiest vehicle purchase we've made. Jason was very easy to work with and helped us with the process. However, after we purchased the truck we noticed that the "oil change" light was on Jason was very easy to work with and helped us with the process. However, after we purchased the truck we noticed that the "oil change" light was on. When we took it back 4 days later to have it checked they made us use one of the free oil changes we were given to get it changed. We are happy with the truck and the buying process but not the service. More
