As I mentioned on the phone, I am more than glad to fully detail your car again as you found a sticker on the visor mirror. I will speak to our clean up staff to ensure that doesn't happen again in the future. Once again, you mentioned the stickers (plural), but also the floor mat was broken almost immediately after purchase, steering wheel cover from the previous owner was left, along with a few other things. So thanks for attempting to fix it.. but don’t fool the public into thinking it was just one thing wrong when I have a list. Thanks. Just because it was a used car doesn’t mean it goes straight out to the lot.. it should at least be looked over throughly for the new owner. & if employees did look over this car they clearly had no interest in doing the job.
