I came in to purchase an Acadia. I had made an appointment via telephone for 2 pm. When I arrived I sat In a salesman’s cubicle for 40 minutes before I was Told the vehicle was in service it would appointment via telephone for 2 pm. When I arrived I sat In a salesman’s cubicle for 40 minutes before I was Told the vehicle was in service it would be 3:30 before I could Look at it. I came Back at 3:30 and was told it would be another hour. I did End up purchasing the vehicle because I had My heart set on it- but the lack of communication is definitely a deterrent for recommending a quick purchase. More

It's your problem now. Was told that the sales manager would not take less for the vehicle since they had done so much work to the engine. Was told they had to replace the c Was told that the sales manager would not take less for the vehicle since they had done so much work to the engine. Was told they had to replace the cylinder heads. When I showed up to sign the paperwork I was told at least 3 times that there is no warranty on this vehicle. I decided to buy the vehicle since what I was told a lot of work had been done on the engine. I shouldn't have any problems. I service the engine regularly changing the oil 500 miles earlier than what is recommended. I used factory oil and oil filter. Exactly one year after I purchased the vehicle it dropped a valve and I had to replace the engine. It cost right at $10k to replace the engine, luckily I had purchased a 3rd party warranty on my own, and they paid almost half of the bill. I felt like Jerry Hunt had broke one off in me, and they knew they were doing it the whole time. There is no way that I can ever sale this truck. I will have to own it until I cannot drive anymore. Thanks a lot Jerry Hunt Supercenter!!! More
