Unparalleled Customer Service. Refreshing buying experience! My husband and his family has been purchasing vehicles from Jerry Hunt going back to their humble beginnings. I had not had the experience of purchasing a vehicle from them when my husband decided to purchase a new to him truck from them. He wasn't certain about financing since he has far less than perfect credit. After a rocky start with the purchasing process, and then the owner Todd Hunt was made aware of the situation he and his finance team really went above and beyond to get my husband financed and into the truck that he loves! My husband has always raved about Jerry Hunt SuperCenter and the excellent relationships he built with different sales staff that he has worked with over the years including the current owner Todd Hunt, but for me (an outsider looking in) on this purchase experience I was totally blown away with the level of action and concern from this team. I have never been a part of such a personalized, above and beyond service experience from a car dealership. Everything good that you read about them is absolutely the truth. I have seen it and I'm a believer! More

Failure to comply with agreement I would strongly recommend purchasing a vehicle from a different dealer. At the initial contact, the sales manager misquoted the vehicle price and ad I would strongly recommend purchasing a vehicle from a different dealer. At the initial contact, the sales manager misquoted the vehicle price and admitted doing so. He offered an additional update which included a hitch and wiring which I agreed upon. 4 weeks later the sales associate stated it had arrived so I drove back to the dealership. Upon my arrival, the sales manager was extremely rude and offered to not provide any services and deduct a few hundred dollars from my remaining deposit which I was truly surprised and offended as well. I paid the remaining balance of my deposit and provided a list of vehicle updates along with photographs of the hitch to be installed. He commented that he "did not have a problem" with it so I left the vehicle. THREE days later, I returned to pick up the vehicle as the sales person had contacted me stating it was ready. When I arrived, most of the agreed upon updates were provided except with the hitch. The hitch and wiring that they agreed upon was completely different. I informed the sales associate that this was not what was agreed upon. She then called the installer that stated that 'this is all you need'. I was also stunned and found it unusual that all the radio stations had be reset. I have yet to contact the dealership as during the FOUR weeks of waiting I made numerous calls to managers and have never received a return call and never a 'thank you' from anyone. Another uncomfortable issue was the lack of mask being worn and social distancing from the staff during this Covid 19 pandemic. I have purchased dozens of vehicles over my lifespan and this was undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever had to endure. I should have walked out after the first contact. More
