Highly suggest seeing Ben Bradshaw and Aaron Wright- let me explain. After my car was totaled by an 18-wheeler going too fast, I was extremely over-whelmed with buying another car. I went to Jerry Hunt Supercenter with my mom, and was greeted with nothing but friendly faces! I worked with Salesman, Ben Bradshaw and he was by-far the most friendly car salesman I've ever worked with, my father had his dealer license for over 20 years... so I've met a lot. Ben sat me down, listened to all my needs, concerns and my non-negotiables when it came to a car. He actively took notes as I was talking, and pulled up the cars that I would like that he had on the lot. We narrowed it down, and then he grabbed the keys and we looked around. He allowed me to test drive the cars that I liked and answered every single question with patience and respect. The conversation was so effortless with him, and there was never an awkward pause. After I found the car that I liked, Ben sat me down and went over numbers. I was then assisted by Aaron Wright, who was also SO AMAZING. They helped me pick out a payment plan that was suitable to my needs. I was even offered water or drinks while we were waiting. Aaron, had the hard part, all the paperwork of finalizing my vehicle. He was so organized and efficient, it made this process so smooth. His friendly demeanor and easy conversation made the time fly by. He assisted me with getting the best warranty and gap-insurance for my vehicle, and went over questions I had regarding the settlement of my accident, questions my insurance adjustor should have been answering. He was the most helpful person I've spoken throughout the month of working with my insurance company. He even had Christmas music playing in the background which made the room feel very comfortable. Buying a new car can be very stressful, but that was not the case with Aaron. The facilities were so clean, everyone was wearing a mask, and social distancing. My mother who is at-risk for COVID felt so comfortable. I left that night with a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, and extremely happy with my experience.
