I recently had an episode with the dealers maintenance department. I had a service engine light come on, on my 2015 Chevrolet Colorado, after taking it in to the maintenance shop, the technician ran a ch department. I had a service engine light come on, on my 2015 Chevrolet Colorado, after taking it in to the maintenance shop, the technician ran a check, but could identify the error code. Here's my question, if a customer purchase a vehicle, and finds out a few months that the heater unit on that vehicle doesn't work. This is a 2015 year model. You would think that the sales person would have told the buyer, but absence of knowledge benefits the seller, I guess. After speaking with the Dealership owner, Mr. Todd Hunt, who looked into the matter, and returned with a satisfactory solution. I was pleased that management was able and willing to intervein on the customers behalf. This showed me that management was concerned and involved. This make for an effective leadership model, and I have no issue with recommending patrons to visit this dealer. More
