We were impressed with the dealership from the time the Sales Rep(Mr. Beachem) met us as we got out of our car (which we were going to trade in) throughout the whole buying process. The Team at Jerry Hunt did a great job. You lady on the internet response team was perfect, responsive and informative; she got me to the door. My wife and I weren't impressed with too many sales staff hanging around the front door and moving in our direction before we could get out of the car. My wife fell 5 months ago; both legs broke through below the knees and her right arm and shoulder broke; we are in month 6 of recovery now. We met Heebert and he was nice, polite, kind to my wife who was using a walker to assist her, offered refreshment, patiently worked through our needs & wants, and had the 2023 Nissan Rogue Premium brought to the front. He was extremely helpful assisting my wife to the drivers seat, explaining every feature of the vehicle amd bravely sitting with her in the front seat as she drove around the building three or four times. We did a little "dickering & cogitating", but Jeannie was getting tired fast and we had to go home. The team players followed up all day Thursday regarding the Friday morning appointment and it was just enough contact, but getting lose to annoying because I have to attend to my wife's recovery regimen; they did not xxxx me off. Friday was a long morning of going through our trade-in, fine-tuning numbers, verifying the deal and double-checking a few odds and ends; I bought the car. Zack did his job and even nudged just the right way with the extended coverage. Jeannie has now driven her car for two days on her own and she loves it. This is her third Nissan Rogue in a row. I don't know why we didn't get the 2nd key fob and it has created a bit of inconvenience which I'm not comfortable with and in my 75 years have never had that happen. I would think that two old farts with very good and excellent credit ratings would be given both sets of keys. I found one defect on the vehicle getting it washed today. The passenger rear seat window; top right corner (from the outside looking in has a pinched and folded over rubber seal that allows air and water (fund it during the car wash) come into the vehicle from the outside. From the looks of it, it could probably be heated and put back in the window frame channel allowing the window to full close with the rubber seal properly seated around the glass; I'll bring it in. 1. excellent: google took me straight to you on the nissan rogue search. 2. excellent: your lady in the internet inquiries is nice, friendly, informative, direct without being pushy. Withoout her, I probably would not come to your front door. 3. Don't let people hang out at the front door, smoking/vaping, laughing and cutting up. 4. Your showroom is A-PK with motivational messages and praising your employees; the of Ford is a nice touch. 5. Almost excellent, but very good: Heebert was good as I've dealt with having over 40 years experience in direct sales. I've already said enough about his personality and fulfilling his assigned tasks. He's still a young pup and would benefit from a great long-term mentor who has great core values. I've taught a lot of younger sales reps over the years (still do) and the greatest thing lacking is getting those permanent core values instilled in their gut where the values remain in every aspect of their life. This young man has a foundation to build upon. 6. Excellent: Your sales managers in "the tower" were good to meet and work with and helped move things forward. 7. F&I: Zach was extremely helpful to my wife with paperwork when we came back in the afternoon. 8. VERY VERY Good; I will hold the excellent rating until we get our 2nd key and the window seal is fixed. Please feel free to use my review on marketing sites and social media. Bob Case More
