I was in the dealership after I took delivery of my new Colorado in 2009. I was less than impressed with the ability of the service department or their attitude. I can't tell you how impressed I was at the great attitude, friendliness, and desire to make my visit perfect. The repairs to my truck were done quickly, efficiently and they even WASHED it when they were done! I'm glad Matt gave me this response card - I was going to write to the dealership anyway to give them a big "thumbs up" on the complete change of my opinion of the dealership. You will see me again! Haggerty Chevrolet has professional sales people who go out of their way to satisfy a customer. Transactions are always completed on time and one never fells that they are being pushed or hurried. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately. Service writer was friendly and listened to all my concerns. He was very knowledable and I didn't feel pressured into any unnecessary repairs.
