This dealership was by far the best dealership I have ever gone to. The people were friendly and more than happy to help me. However, the minute I walked in I was helped right away by a man named Pete Jenkner and receieved top-grade quality service. The first car he showed me I ended up buying. He is an excellent salesman and I will be recommending him to my mother and grandmother, who are both in the process of looking for cars. He even drove me to get my insurance down the street and made sure the car was filled with gas!! Michael O'Conner was, also, very friendly and a great help and pleasant to talk to. I will recommend this place to whoever is looking for a car. The car I bought has been running smoothly, despite the snowstorm. I just bought a 2012 Chevrolet Volt and I am extremely excited about the deal I was given. I visited several other Chevy dealers in the Chicago land area in pursuit of the Chevy Volt and every single deal excited about the deal I was given. I sent an email request directly through Jerry Haggerty's website for an "e price" and I could not believe that they were willing to give me such a GREAT price on the Volt. I was expecting to receive a very low offer on my trade....however, they gave me a very acceptable and fair offer for my trade. What made the experience even better is that there was NO pressure, No gimmicks, no BS! The entire transaction was so calm and relaxed.
