Keith, the wheel cap appears to have been broken by your technician when pliers were used to remove it, cracking the plastic on one side. You told me that it was corrosion. I am so happy that I asked for the part to be returned to me, so that I could examine it. In fact, Fox Offroad, the Silverado Black Widow upfitter examined the pictures and concurred with this assessment and sent a new cap right away. You had said your parts department would get back to me with a quote on a new cap; I’m still waiting to hear from them. I am so happy Fox Off-road followed through! In addition to the broken wheel cap, my rock lights on the truck are not operational ever since your technician worked on my truck. Once again, I will have to pay for your mistakes. Ridiculous. I do not like being lied to. I appreciate your dealership’s willingness to make things right, but as I try to teach my children, you only get one chance to make a good impression; things need to be right from the start. I have visited Haggerty several times now. Although my last visit was VERY BAD, my other visits were underwhelming to say the least. I can’t fault Haggerty too much, as it is an American car dealership. All American car dealerships sell cars and treat their customers the same; …very transactional and no soul. Your employees, overall, are there to collect a paycheck but do not care about their work. You can see it from the first contact they have with their customers, and you were no different from your coworkers. Trust me, I sat for nearly five hours in your waiting room, and took notes of what I observed! No joke. It’s sad. Now, when I get lied to about something minor and pile on wasting my time, now that’s when a red line is crossed. There are plenty of other Chevy dealers to give me mediocre work, and I intend to exercise those options moving forward. At least until I buy another non-Chevy vehicle… and probably won’t be an American car company. More

Over the moon pleased with our purchase from Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet. Put in inquiry about a Silverado, specific trim and color we had seen at another dealer but couldn't get the numbers to work. I was contacted the next day with the specs, and out of door price. Arranged appointment for the following Monday. Bryan contacted me and let me know he was assigned to me and I arrived and we got to work. No upselling, no schmoozing, just pleasant and straight forward. Gave my incentives, they leveraged theirs and the price was more than fair and beat the other dealer by several thousand and that was with the extended warranty. We had a 6pm appointment and were driving off the lot by 7:30p. Bryan, Joe, Ray, Phil, everyone was pleasant and helpful from the first interaction and made the entire transaction simple. They earned our business and will continue to do so! More
We absolutely love our 2016 Rubicon we purchased from Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet in Glenn Ellyn, IL. I called and spoke with the sales department, and explained that we would be driving for over 3 hours t Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet in Glenn Ellyn, IL. I called and spoke with the sales department, and explained that we would be driving for over 3 hours to look at and possibly purchase the Jeep. I asked if there was any way they could send pictures of the underneath of the Jeep. We were concerned because we had looked at several Jeeps all over, and some had very bad rust on the frame. They were so kind to speak with the Service Dept, and have the Jeep put onto a hoist in the shop to get us the pictures we requested. After receiving the pictures we were pleased that the frame and undercarriage looked really clean with minimal rust especially in the Midwest. We made pre arrangements on the price as we were going to be purchasing out right, and wanted a quick sale so we could be back home in good time. We decided to drive on Friday evening to Glen Ellyn, IL from our home town of Bellevue, IA. We spent the night so we could look at the vehicle early and if it was every thing we hoped it was, it was coming back to Iowa with us :) We arrived early and notified the sales Dept that we were on our way, they had it all ready sitting out front and center for us to look at. It was in such wonderful condition. So well cared for and all detailed to almost new. We obviously decided to purchase the Jeep, we had such a wonderful time with the Finance Dept Manager, Brian Folan, he was hilarious. Made us feel right at home!! Everything went as planned and we purchased the Jeep. After getting the Jeep home the next morning we had an issue with the Jeep stalling when put into gear. After doing some research my husband found that there is a well known issue with the Torque Converters with the Jeep Wranglers. We contacted Jerry Haggerty right away on Monday morning when they opened. After speaking with the Sales Dept they spoke with the Service Dept and we started working on a plan to resolve the issue. We took the Jeep to the local "Jeep Dealership Turpin Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep" they spoke with the Service Dept at Haggerty and came up with a plan to flush the transmission, and do a chip reset. This costed around $480.00. Jerry Haggerty paid for the service to be done. Unfortunately this did not correct the issue and we still had the same issue the Torque converter. We got multiple estimates because the Jeep Dealership wanted $2800.00 to replace it. The best estimate we got was $1800.00. We contacted Jerry Haggerty again and they were so kind, and are going to help us cover almost all of the cost and sent us a check for $1200.00. I really really want to emphasize the fact that Jerry Haggerty did this and he absolutely DID NOT HAVE TO!! We did not purchase the extended warranty, they did this because they are a family owned dealer ship and actually care for they're customers!! We are so pleased and humbled that Jerry did this for our family! My husband had been on strike for almost 6 months and this was a tough time for us. I want to tell anyone, if you are driving from afar and have been screwed and are skeptical definitely give this dealership a shot!! We were not disappointed and love our 2016 Jeep Rubicon from Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet!! More
