I have dealt with Jerry Duncan Ford service several times and never felt appreciated or welcome. I have also had my oil changed their and when I got my car back my hood latch cable was broke. Now I never ope and never felt appreciated or welcome. I have also had my oil changed their and when I got my car back my hood latch cable was broke. Now I never opened the hood so it wasn't me that broke it. But they want to charge me $175 to fix what they broke. My Focus also shutters all the time and they won't fix the warrentied transmission because they claim it is in spec. Will never use them again for anything. I will drive for miles to get service somewhere else. More

I had my MKX serviced at Jerry Duncan Ford,and my appointment was at 1PM. I had my tires rotated and the oil and filter changed. I arrived early at around 12:30, and by 12:45, Mr Gouge, the Service M appointment was at 1PM. I had my tires rotated and the oil and filter changed. I arrived early at around 12:30, and by 12:45, Mr Gouge, the Service Manager, already had my SUV on the rack, and they were rotating my tires. This was the BEST SERVICE, and the STAFF was VERY FRIENDLY. Jerry Duncan Ford, will be the place, I get my cars serviced, from now on. Larry Brown More
